What can I do with the Always Free plan?
The Always Free plan is for users with very basic usage needs. It allows use of up to three calculators and offers a great way to get onboarded with Olleh. If you find that you need more scale for your business, our standard plan will provide unlimited options for your needs.
When will I be billed?
Once you sign up for a paid plan, you will be billed on a monthly basis from the day you signed up.
Do I need my credit card to sign up for a trial?
No! You can use the service for free, albeit at a limited capacity. Once you are ready to sign up for a paid plan, your credit card information will be requested at the time of purchase.
What is the Early Bird plan?
The Early Bird plan is a special offer for early joiners. This plan provides all of Olleh's features at a reduced price for a limited time. It's a great opportunity to lock in your rate and enjoy full access to our service while saving money.
How do I add additional users to my plan?
Any admin can invite users to your account. The user will get an email inviting them to start using their account. When they sign in with the invite link, they will be added to your plan.
What happens when I cancel?
When you cancel, you will be able to use the app until the end of your billing cycle. After that, you will be downgraded to the free plan, and will not be billed.
