You can send invites to additional users and set their permissions using the steps below.
Inviting Additional Users
- Navigate to the Manage Users page
- Click Settings
- Click Manage Users
- Click "Invite User" and enter an email address
- The user will receive an invite in their email that they should follow to activate their account
Invited Users
You can delete a user invite if you need to send an invite to another user or send to an updated user.
- Under Invited Users find the user invite you want to delete
- Click Delete to delete the user invite.
Manage Existing Users
You can manage existing users roles or active status.
- Find the user you wish to change, and click Edit Permissions
- Here you can change their Role or Active status
- Administrator - this gives a user administrative access to invite users, change calculators, delete calculators, and build new calculators
- Active - This is to either make the user an active user or deactivate their account. Deactivated accounts still count toward a user license.
- Click the check box on either one to activate/deactivate the feature for that user
